Parts Cleaning

Before coating, we thoroughly clean each item to eliminate contaminants like oil, dirt, or residues that could affect adhesion or finish quality.

Sandblasting

We remove rust, old paint, and surface imperfections using high-pressure abrasive blasting to create a clean surface that’s ideal for powder coating.

Powder Coating

The final finish. We apply a durable, uniform powder coat in your choice of color, texture, and sheen—cured to perfection in our industrial oven.

Our Process

We handle parts up to 5,000 lbs and offer a wide variety of finishes to meet your style and performance needs.

Step 1: Prep & Inspection

We assess the part and determine the appropriate prep work, including sandblasting and cleaning.

Step 2: Coating Application

An electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto the surface. Excess powder is collected and reused, making the process efficient and eco-friendly.

Step 3: Curing

The part is placed in our 20x10x10 ft oven and heated until the powder melts and forms a smooth, hard shell. This results in a tough, long-lasting finish resistant to chips, scratches, and fading.
